1. All ads will be bound in a 5.5" x 8.5" playbill.  See dimensions for all advertisements above.

2. A completed contract consists of submission of:

   1. The contract below

   2. Ad copy meeting specifications

   3. Payment via:

      1.  Check payable to payable to Heart House Inclusive Productions

      2.  Payment through hearthouseip.org

3. Heart House IP reserves the right to reject any and all ads that are inappropriate in content or language.

4. All ad materials must be submitted by the deadline on the contract in order to be published.

5. Contracts, payment, and materials may be

   2. Returned electronically to info@hearthouseip.org

   3. Mailed to HHIP, 4502 Marquis Place., Woodbridge, VA 22192,

   4. Returned directly to an HHIP ad representative

All ads must be on a light background with dark print. A white background and black print is preferred.

 

We can provide layout and design for full and half page ads. Text must be provided.

 

Ad materials will not be returned.
